New teachers are having quite a week! This morning, they took a bus tour of Caroline County, from Marydel to Federalsburg and points in between, including all 10 schools. Buses were driven by Mr. Buckle and Supt. Dr. Simmons with tour guides Rob Willoughby and Garrett Shull providing information. (Fun fact: Did you know Dr. Simmons has his CDL and bus driver experience??) Administrators joined in to learn along with their teachers. Along the way, buses stopped at the Support Services Center to learn about Breakfast in the Classroom and the Backpack Program, and ended the tour at the Culinary Center for a delicious lunch. A fun and enlightening #CarolineFamily day!
