At the August Board of Education, 2023-24 Caroline Teacher of the Year Rob Honer presented a report about his year, complete with details and photos. Thanks to his CRMS family and the Maryland State Department of Education's TOY program, he's had an amazing year! Mr. Honer also modeled the personalized shirt each MD TOY will be wearing for their upcoming Orioles game. Thanks for representing us so well, Mr. Honer!
