In his position as a Maryland Business Roundtable for Education Student Ambassador, junior Manny Fletcher presented to sixth and seventh grade STEM classes at Colonel Richardson Middle School about understanding STEM in their daily lives! The students participated in the classic spaghetti tower challenge in which they had to build the tallest freestanding tower with a marshmallow on top. This activity emphasized teamwork, communication, creativity, and a deeper understanding of STEM education. By the end of the lesson, students gained a comprehensive understanding of how STEM is integrated into everything around us in a fun, educational way! #ColonelTOUGH
